Customer: Lotus Themes is an authorized Zendesk solution provider that specializes in design and customization for Zendesk Guide.

Product: Ready-made customizable themes for Zendesk help centers.

Target markets: the USA and Europe.

Challenge: In-house managers communicate and guide generated leads through the purchase funnel. At a certain moment, customers exit the funnel without making a sales transaction, either at the first interaction or at checkout. The communication goes only through the managers. No email marketing campaigns have been used before.

TASK: DEVELOPMENT OF AN EMAIL MARKETING CAMPAIGN TO ENGAGE THE LOST LEADS.

THE EMAIL MARKETING CAMPAIGN HAD SEVERAL GOALS:

  • TO RETURN CUSTOMERS THROUGH THE RELIEF OF THEIR PAINS AND MEET THEIR NEEDS
  • TO REPRESENT LOTUSTHEMES AS A LEADING EXPERT IN THIS FIELD
  • TO IMPROVE THE COMPANY IMAGE AND ENHANCE THE CUSTOMER’S LOYALTY
  • TO INTRODUCE THE READY-MADE SOLUTION AS A LIFELINE TECHNOLOGY

– SET UP AN EMAIL MARKETING SERVICE
– SET UP THE POSTMASTERS AND DNS RECORDS
– WARMED UP THE DOMAIN
– CREATED A COORDINATED SET WITH SEVEN EMAILS SOLVING THE PAINS AND ELIMINATING THE FEARS OF THE BRAND CONSUMERS, AND TELLING ITS SUCCESS STORIES
– DESIGNED THE EMAIL TEMPLATE
– BUILT A DESIGN STRATEGY. EARLIER ONLY MANAGERS CONTACTED THE CONSUMERS. THERE WAS NO NEED TO DESIGN SOMETHING. WE DECIDED TO START WITH MINIMAL DESIGN AND ADD NEW ELEMENTS TO EVERY NEXT EMAIL
